•• Birth Certificate for both the Bride and Groom
•• Name of the Father for both the Bride and Groom
•• Occupation for both the Bride and Groom
•• Employer’s Name and Address for both the Bride and Groom
•• If married previously send signature page of Divorce Decree
•These items are necessary to apply for the License to be married
•– This License will be signed by the Marriage Officer, Bride, Groom and the
– •witnesses during the Marriage Ceremony.
•– The signed Marriage License is then sent to the Registrar General’s Office
– •and the Marriage Certificate is then processed.
•– Processing of the Marriage Certificate takes from 2 weeks to 2 months, •
•– depending on the present ‘lead time’.
•Note: A deposit is necessary to begin planning your event.
